1. Donations

  • Leave a gift in your Will
  • Book a workshop
  • Buy a t-shirt
  • Volunteer
  • and many more!

Every contribution helps.

2. Workplace giving

Workplace Giving is a simple way to donate through your pay. Employees can choose a regular donation amount from their pre-tax income. It’s automatic and tax-effective.

Many workplaces also offer matching donations, fundraising opportunities, or in-kind support — which means your impact could go even further.

By choosing Deafblind Victoria as your Workplace Giving charity, you’ll help raise awareness and directly support Deafblind people.

Employers also benefit — it’s a great way to show social responsibility and create an engaged and caring workplace culture.

Setting up Workplace Giving is easy.
Contact us to find out how, or ask your employer to consider supporting us through their giving program.

3. Volunteer

We love our volunteers — Deafblind Victoria depends on them! Volunteers help with all kinds of tasks, including setting up events, keeping things running in the office, and supporting our members.

We were proud to be nominated for a Volunteering Victoria award for Inclusive Volunteering!

People of all abilities are welcome to apply.
Let us know:

  • your communication methods
  • any access needs
  • your preferred name and pronouns

Whether you can spare a few hours now and then or want to get involved regularly, we’d love to hear from you.

Volunteering is a powerful way to make a difference.

4. Book a workshop

Help your school, workplace, or community learn more about Deafblindness by booking a Deafblind World workshop.

These workshops:

  • Raise awareness
  • Help build more inclusive communities
  • Provide income and meaningful work for Deafblind presenters
  • Support our organisation financially

It’s a great way to learn — and give back.

5. Spread the word

You can support us just by sharing what we do.

  • Follow us on Facebook
  • Subscribe to our website
  • Share our events and resources
  • Talk to your friends, family, and colleagues

Word of mouth is powerful — and it’s free! The more people who know about Deafblind Victoria, the more support we can build for our community.
