The collaboration between Deafblind Victoria (DBV) and Heritage Knox College began in May 2022, when DBV ran a Deafblind workshop for the students. The following year, on the 2nd November 2023, some of the students who had learned Auslan visited the DBV office to meet Deafblind members.
Recently, on 17th October 2024, DBV delivered another Deafblind workshop to around 60 students at Heritage Knox College in Ferntree Gully. It was a fantastic day.
