Dr. Nobuyuk Takahashi, a DeafBlind guest speaker from Japan visited
Dr. Nobuyuki Takahashi President of the Japanese Federation of Deafblind and a Doctor of Engineering Teaching at Matsuyama school of the Blind visited Melbourne and gave a presentation about the welfare of deafblind in Japan. The presentation was hosted by DeafBlind Victorians. About 80 people attended
